Some issues with responsiveness with surrounding elements, might need more media queries to look good when the screen is being dragged. Looks good if seen directly on a device without dragging the window.

Viewport height adjustable, great with responsiveness in relationship with surrounding elements

The only issue is that the image has to cover the section which means it won't be entirely visible at all times. It will change shape as the screen size changes
